PPS anti-static conductive material is based on PPS raw material, mixed with carbon fiber, carbon black, metal fiber, permanent anti-static masterbatch, etc. It can achieve anti-static, static disappearance, dust prevention, conductivity and magnetic wave interference (EMI) shielding functions. Anti static PPS has ultra-high rigidity, high hardness, mechanical strength, good dimensional stability, creep resistance, heat resistance and can be used in the range of 80-230 degrees Celsius. It has good wear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and low shrinkage rate
Resistance value: 104-109 Ω· cm
Production method: It is made by extracting particles from PPS and carbon fiber with other additives as auxiliary materials
Molding process: injection molding grade, extrusion grade
Usage: Electronic spare parts and other products
Anti static PPS plastic
According to electrical performance classification, it can be divided into insulators, anti-static materials, conductors, and high conductors.
Insulators typically have a resistance value of 1010 Ω· cm or higher; Semiconductors or anti-static materials with resistance values ranging from 104 to 109 Ω· cm; A conductor with a resistance value below 104 Ω· cm; A high conductor is one with a resistance value below 100 Ω· cm or even lower.
Main purpose:
A Anti static turnover boxes, IC and LCD trays, IC packaging, chip carriers, film bags, etc. used in the production process of precision electronic components such as integrated circuits, chips, sensor sheaths, etc. in the fields of electronics and electrical appliances.
B The casing and structural components of explosion-proof products, such as electrical products used in coal mines, oil tankers, oil fields, dust and combustible gas environments.
C Semi conductive shielding materials used in medium and high voltage cables.
D EMI shielding enclosures for electrical products in the fields of telecommunications, computers, automation systems, industrial electronics, consumer electronics, automotive electronics, etc
Material performance:
1. Excellent electrical insulation (especially high-frequency insulation), white hard and brittle, with metallic sound when dropped to the ground, second only to organic glass in terms of light transmittance, good water resistance, and chemical stability. It has excellent flame retardancy and is a non combustible plastic.
2. The strength is average, the rigidity is good, but the texture is brittle, prone to stress cracking, and not resistant to benzene Organic solvents such as gasoline Long term use can reach a temperature of 260 degrees Celsius and remain stable in air or nitrogen at 400 degrees Celsius. After modification with glass fiber or other reinforcing materials, the impact strength can be greatly improved, and the heat resistance and other mechanical properties can also be enhanced. The density can be increased to 1.6-1.9, and the molding shrinkage rate can be reduced to 0.15-0.25%, which is suitable for making heat-resistant parts Insulation components and chemical instruments Optical instruments and other components.
Molding performance:
1. Amorphous material, with low moisture absorption, but suitable for molding after drying.
2. The fluidity is between ABS and PC, with fast solidification, small shrinkage, and easy decomposition. Therefore, higher injection pressure and injection speed are selected. The mold temperature is set at 100-150 degrees. The taper of the main channel should be large, and the flow channel should be short.
Injection mold process conditions:
Drying treatment: Anti static materials have hygroscopicity, and drying before processing is important. Suggested drying conditions are 100 ℃ to 110 ℃ for 3-4 hours. The humidity before processing must be less than 0.02%.
Melting temperature: 260~290 ℃.
Mold temperature: 70-120 ℃.
Injection pressure: Use high injection pressure as much as possible.
Injection speed: Use low-speed injection for smaller gates and high-speed injection for other types of gates.
