PPA plastic has the characteristics of nylon, but its temperature resistance is much higher than nylon. The functions of PPA plastic surpass those of standard nylon in many primary aspects. The primary advantages include: providing the same strength and resistance under single harmonic and wet conditions, and compared with standard nylon, it can withstand temperatures up to 300 ° C or higher, PPa plastic still maintains its useful strength and durability. Another important aspect is that PPA plastic is easy to process, with excellent flowability, thermal stability, and low mold corrosion; High power nylon with high thermal stability and smoothness, low water absorption rate (1%, other common high-temperature nylon is above 2.6%), low warpage, chemical resistance, high standard stability material, can achieve a 94V-0 effect at a thickness of 0.75mm. The high glass transition temperature (125 ℃) and high crystallinity of PA9T enable it to maintain excellent durability at high temperatures, surpassing PA66 and PA46. Its wear resistance and friction coefficient are significantly better than other nylon materials, even surpassing POM and LCP. Another function of PA9T is its resistance to chemicals and oils, alcohols, acids, calcium chloride, hot water, and other fluids, surpassing all PA and only slightly inferior to PPS. Its fuel barrier properties are ten times that of PA6 and PA12, close to ETFE (ethylene tetrachloroethylene copolymer) levels. These excellent functions make PA9T very suitable for car hood products. PA9T has regulations on whether it does not contain fiberglass or contains fiberglass (33%, 45%, 50%) and fire prevention. It has great potential for development in commercial applications such as car covers and electrical and electronic products.

7. In high temperature environments, the mechanical strength and rigidity decrease less, and the bonding wire strength and recoverability are better. Single layer and multi-layer films produced at high speeds for packaging high fluidity liquids, food packaging, textile packaging, adhesive tapes, decorative tapes, heat shrink films.
